This is the page to request things for your characters which need mod approval. Want them to open a business? Need to establish an NPC employee? This is for things that don't quite fit into F.A.Q. and aren't mod questions so much as character specific requests.

Hi Mods,

I am wanting to establish a 'middle man' for Dimitri. Someone where if one of the goons get caught they have that middle man's name and face instead of Dimitri's. Also for June, Dimitri is going to start sending this middle man to send goons to make other clubs look bad. Either sabotage their health inspections, cause some kind of rumor and plant evidence, those sorts of things. All of this will be subtle and not technically 'that' illegal yet.

Oh and more about the middle man guy. Dimitri will have ghouled him, which means the middle man is loyal to him. He will also pay him well and I want this guy to really be on Dimitri's side of things.

You're fine to have a ghouled NPC middle man who is incredibly loyal to Dimitri. You'll need to let us know if he does anything actually illegal or incredibly violent because of that loyalty, or crosses into the really exclusive clubs, as those almost all belong to Eve.

Sabotaging health inspections isn't really a viable way to do things, as that is so easily taken care of with a bribe that it's almost laughable, but starting rumours or altercations to make people feel unsafe going to the clubs in question would be effective.

Sorry follow up question to this. Do I need to make any notes on the OOC board or anything like that to make this happen? Or by telling you this is what's happening behind the scenes enough? Also, thank you for the tip on the type of trouble he can be giving people. I'll go with your idea of the altercations and rumors.

No problem at all. At the moment he sounds very much like a background NPC. As long as 95% of what he's doing is behind the scenes, you don't have to take any extra steps. If you plan on having him actively interacting with other PCs, you will have to write a very short app-like supplement for him, and inform the game of his existence through an OOC community post.
